All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The typical order processing time is 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs, both domestically within the UK and internationally. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method, the destination address, and customs processing for international orders. You will be able to view available shipping options and estimated delivery times at the checkout page before finalizing your purchase.
UK Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
UK Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
International Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
International Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Multibrand London is not responsible for delays arising from these external factors, but we will endeavor to keep you informed of any significant delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the products, the chosen shipping method, and the delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed in your shopping cart before you complete your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track the progress of your delivery. You can track your order directly on the website of the designated carrier.

5. Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of purchase. Multibrand London will not be held responsible for deliveries that are not completed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Should an order be returned to Multibrand London due to an address error, a new shipping fee will be charged for re-shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our carriers typically make up to 2-3 (two to three) delivery attempts at the address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the product may be returned to our distribution center. In such instances, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment, and additional re-shipping costs may apply.

7. Receiving Your Order

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any signs of tampering, damage, or if the product itself appears damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If you accept the delivery and later discover damage that occurred during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we can take appropriate action.

8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, it is not possible to ship items from a single order to multiple addresses. If you wish to send products to different recipients or locations, you will need to place separate orders for each destination.

9. International Shipping (Customs, Duties, and Taxes)

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are typically not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Multibrand London has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
